Definitely not as big as shown on the model, the stitches have some thread hanging out and the "leather" is not the best quality. However, for the price, I can say I really liked this bag, loved the royal blue color and the size it's good for me. I'm satisfied with the product as I am with the customer service even though it does take kind of long to get the things but it all depends on the shipping you choose to pay for.

I got mine in blue. It's a really nice summer bag. It's quite spacious so you can fit many things in it. There is a cute little zipper pocket inside the bag (for documents, credit cards, tissues, lipstick). The bag has a zipper closure so you can be sure that your things are nice and safe inside. One things that's different than in a photo is that the colour white is actually light beige, i.e. the bag is in navy blue & light beige stripes. Unfortunately, one of the chain connection links was broken when I got the bag so I had to reattach the faux leather brown charm and use pliers to fix it :/
